"Delay was due to an accident. Driver tried to reach us, but although I had provided our UK mobile number to Taxicode and Pumpkin, it had not been relayed to him. As we booked from Canada, I had to give a Cdn number initially. It would be good if you could make it easy to relay a change of contact number, especially for international travelers who buy a SIM card on arrival in the UK."
